BIOS Password reset for Dell machines - Log into the Dell website as michael.meaden@diverseabilities.org.uk 

  1. Ensure ownership is with Diverse Abilities, if it is not, do the ownership transfer on the dell website.
  2. Find the "error code" by trying to get into the BIOS with the incorrect password 3-5 times, before the ServiceTag on the messagebox adds 4 characters to the end after a Hyphen, such as 3ZP9ZM3-8FC8
  3. Start a Dell support ticket requesting BIOS password reset code, with the message that has come up on the BIOS screen.
